Bain Signature – Limited Warranty & Return Policy
This warranty applies to Bain Signature products purchased and installed in Canada and the U.S. For any inquiries about warranty or service, please contact Bain Signature Customer Service.

Lost or Damaged Merchandise
• Any missing products must be reported immediately upon receipt to Bain Signature Customer Service, with discrepancies recorded on the delivery slip and countersigned by the recipient.
• All products must be inspected before installation. Installing a damaged or defective product may void all warranty rights under this policy.

Return Policy
Eligible for Return:
Products may be returned if all of these are met:
• The product is in its original, unused, uninstalled condition (not altered or used for display).
• The product is still in Bain Signature’s active catalog (not discontinued or announced for discontinuation).
• The product was shipped in error by Bain Signature or has a verified manufacturing defect.
Not Eligible for Return:
Returns will not be accepted if:
• The product has been installed, modified, drilled, spray-painted, or otherwise altered.
• The product has suffered discoloration or damage from improper storage or exposure to weather.
• The product is a custom or non-standard version or includes bespoke accessories.
Return Conditions:
• All returns require a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) issued by Bain Signature before return.
• The customer is responsible for prepaying freight/shipping costs for return shipments.

Limited Warranty
Bain Signature warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential and household use:
• Bathtubs: 10-year warranty from the original purchase date.
• Other products: 1-year warranty from the original purchase date.
Coverage
If a valid defect is reported within the applicable warranty period, Bain Signature will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected product (or part) with an equivalent product.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover defects or damage due to:
• Improper installation or failure to follow Bain Signature’s installation instructions.
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, or modifications of any kind.
• Accidents, fire, flood, natural disasters, or other casualty events.
• Exposure to corrosive or harsh chemicals, or adverse water conditions (e.g., hard water, salty water, ferrous water).
• Normal wear and tear, surface scratches, stains, discoloration.

Limitations & Legal Clauses
• This warranty extends only to the original owner / end-user for personal residential use. It is not transferable to subsequent owners.
• Bain Signature reserves the right to modify or update this warranty at any time. However, any changes shall not affect products sold prior to the modification.
• Under no circumstances shall Bain Signature, or any of its representatives, be held liable for injury to any person or damage to property, whether or not arising from the use or installation of the product, under this warranty or otherwise.

Warranty Service & Claims
To make a warranty claim:
- Contact the selling dealer/distributor or Bain Signature Customer Service.
- Provide proof of purchase (invoice, delivery slip, or equivalent) and a detailed description of the defect.
- Allow Bain Signature or its authorized agent reasonable access to inspect the product.
